Should you buy or rent a corporate jet

When it comes to the question of corporate jets, everybody thinks of high-class-luxury aviation; and why not? The cost of corporate jets is too much to expect anything less! Right from the pilot crew to the catering facilities, corporate jets offer the best services to make your journey a pleasure. Though, you will be at ease about these matters only when you are opting for corporate jet rentals and just hiring the jets. Owning corporate jets add some responsibilities and works that organizations and companies need to sort out.

Catering facility is one of the major problems, as the food quality can't be spared in any case. Fortunately, the National Business Aviation Association has many sub-committees in place that handle different aspects of corporate aviation, and catering is one of them. The companies can benefit from this sub-committee a lot, as the committee provides a comprehensive program to check-out the services provided by the flight attendant companies. If you want to find out what the companies are providing, the sub-committee can provide you with mentoring programs for menu planning, plate presentation and garnishing, ordering, packaging, and similar tasks. This helps in eliminating the need of trying-out various caterers and then deciding which one you would like to have for your corporate jets. You can easily visit the catering companies, check their provisions, and can match with your expectations that the sub-committee has helped you to develop.

However, if you are thinking of options outside the schemes of rentals or owning, there are still more options. Some companies offer fractional ownership for corporate jets, and you can avail this facility. You can check the details of this partnership from the companies' website or their physical office; however, the fundamental thing about it is that you co-own the corporate jet and can use it, but you do not have any need to think about it maintenance and other duties The company providing fractional ownership will cater to these things. Though, financial matters should be clearly discussed with the companies providing this type of option.

More often than not, companies prefer to choose the rental option for corporate jets, as it does not pounce them with heavy cost and do solve the issue of private aviation. Nonetheless, it has been observed that in the last 4-5 years, the demand of corporate jets have increased due to traffic at major airports of the whole world; due to increased security threats around the globe; due to shortage of time and global demand in business; and of course due to improved economy. All these factors have contributed a lot to make bigger companies think about owning a corporate jet, and somehow, they are going for it! Experts can easily predict, and they do, that the demand for corporate jets is going to increase in the coming time.

Hong kong. from barren rock to bustling metropolis

Over 150 years ago, Hong Kong was described as a "barren rock." Today, it's a dynamic, 21st century city that has gone from British Colony to one of the world's must-visit tourist destinations. Its colonial charm is still to be found in the historic mansions dotted around The Peak and quaint customs like firing the Noon Day Gun, yet this is an international city proud of its Chinese heritage and Cantonese gusto.

After the handover from Great Britain in June 1997, Hong Kong became a Special Administrative Region (SAR) of the People's Republic of China. While some things have changed, you'll marvel at this melting pot of east meets west.

Where else can you gaze in awe at a Manhattan-style skyline filled with iconic modern architecture by IM Pei and Norman Foster, and just a few streets away, bargain your heart out for silk and jade at a local laneway market. That's Hong Kong for you. It's fast, efficient, entrepreneurial, yet truly Chinese at heart.

Location is everything.

Situated at the south-eastern tip of China on The South China Sea, Hong Kong is actually just one island out of a group of 263. Most visitors spend their time on Hong Kong itself, the popular Kowloon Peninsula and the more rural New Territories. Take a ferry trip to one of the outlying islands such as Lamma, Lantau or Cheung Chau and see how lush and green the scenery is. Hong Kong offers the nature lover wonderful treks across mountains tops and amazing scenery, so when you've had enough retail therapy, head for the hills.

When it comes to serious shopping, Hong Kong has it all.

What hasn't been said about shopping in Hong Kong! Right across the Island, you'll discover that retail must have been invented here. In Central, slick designer shopping malls such as Landmark and Prince's Building, cater to expensive tastes. A who's who of labels, brands and temptations that will entice your credit card time and time again. In contrast, there are street markets like Li Yuen East and Li Yuen West, not forgetting factory outlets where you can go bargain spotting at great prices.

Wan Chai: Wan Chai's streets are steeped in history and you can happily spend an afternoon exploring the shops and the "wet" market. (It sells food, fruit, flowers, fish, meat - quite different from a US supermarket experience.) Spring Garden Lane between Queen's Road East and Johnston Road, is a good place to pick up clothes at very competitive prices. The market stalls sell products originally meant for export, meaning quality and price are very competitive.

Causeway Bay: This has become known locally as "Little Japan" because of the major Japanese department stores in the area. It is hip and young, with stores specializing in shoes, electrical appliances and fashion. Don't miss the small street market called Jardine's Bazaar, filled with low-cost fashion and accessories.

Stanley Market: Jump on a bus or take a taxi to Stanley, famous for its warren of stalls, shops and restaurants. (The ride along Repulse Bay Road is spectacular with superb views across the sea to outlying islands.) Here you'll find paintings, curios, cashmere, silks and ceramics, along with cut-price fashion. Open from around 10:00am to 6:00pm daily.

Hungry for more. A world of exquisite, mouth-watering dining options.

As you would expect, good Chinese restaurants are found everywhere in Hong Kong. Some of the best can be found in major hotels and shopping complexes. Most specialize in one or more of the following: Cantonese, Chiu Chow, Hunan, Szechuan, Peking, Shanghainese or Chinese Vegetarian. If you're hungry for a taste of home, you can find just about everything - from American-style burgers to homemade Italian pasta. Day and night, Hong Kong's gourmet delights are plentiful - whether you want to pick up a snack or get dressed up and hit the clubs of Lan Kwai Fong, it's all waiting for you.

What's new to see and do in Hong Kong now. A Symphony of Light.

As if Hong Kong wasn't colorful enough, at night's it's electrifying. This new multimedia show creates an all-round vision of lights, laser beams and searchlights, performing an unforgettable spectacle synchronised to music and narration that celebrates the energy, spirit and diversity of Hong Kong.

Already named the "World's Largest Permanent Light and Sound Show" by Guinness World Records, it has been expanded to involve 33 key buildings on both sides of Victoria Harbour. If you are in Hong Kong during a festival, special pyrotechnic displays launched from the middle of the harbour add extra sparkle to the show.

Hong Kong Disneyland. Visit the magical kingdom.

Hong Kong Disneyland on Lantau Island, the fifth in the world, opened in September 2005.It has proved to be a huge draw card for both international and local visitors, so if you're planning to go, it will busy. You can discover a magical kingdom of thrilling adventures, wonderful journeys and beloved Disney Characters. The park consists of four themed lands similar to those in the other Disneyland parks: Main Street, USA, Adventureland, Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. By the way, this Adventureland is the biggest one out of all the Disneyland parks.

If you're keen to actually stay here, you can. There are two enchanting hotels offering unique shopping, imaginative dining and family recreation - all delivered with the style and service you expect from Disney.

Take a journey of enlightenment.

Ride the stunning 5.7km cable car ride up the side of a mountain on Lantau Island to a culturally themed village next to the Giant Buddha and Po Lin Monastery. The Ngong Ping Skyrail travels from Tung Chung adjacent to the airport over spectacular countryside offering panoramic views, across the South China Sea, the mountains and monastery. This is planned to open in mid 2006.

Hong Kong Wetland Park.

Located next to the internationally recognised Mai Po Marshes bird sanctuary, this huge park is designed to demonstrate the diversity of Hong Kong's wetland ecosystem. You can get closer to nature through integrated themed education and recreation facilities, with audio visual shows, interactive demos and wetland simulations.

Hong Kong Hotels to match every budget.

Hong Kong is one of the world's top ten travel destinations. You'll find every type of accommodation available to suit your budget - from major 5 star international names to smaller hotels offering great value rates. Book online and see what hot deals you can find. During holiday time and special Chinese festivals, it pays to book ahead.

Hong Kong is easy to get around with safe public transport, a reliable subway, trams and ferries, so you're never far from a bargain or for that matter, a memorable time.

I'll leave the last word to Noel Coward.

Mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun. The smallest Malay rabbit deplores this stupid habit. In Hong Kong, they strike a gong and fire off a noonday gun....

The popularity of coleman campers

Pop up campers have been a mainstay on campgrounds for decades, and for good reason. Campers offer many advantages that are unique and cannot be had in larger RV's (recreation vehicles) or in traditional tent camping. A pop up camper takes camping to a new level by providing all the comforts of home, such as a kitchen, refrigerator, stove, oven, air conditioning, heat, beds, seating, and bathrooms, to name more than a few.

Amenities like these are simply impossible to have when you are confined to a tent. On the other hand, a larger RV has room for all the comforts of a pop up camper with room to spare for more, but they have their drawbacks as well. RVs are extremely large and can be both difficult and intimidating to drive. Further, they can not be parked in conventional parking lots, and city driving is simply out of the question. Add to that their low fuel economy, high price tag, and the space required to store them when they are not in use, and it is no wonder that many campers opt for a different option such as pop up campers. And when it comes to pop up campers, one name has stood out from the rest for decades: Coleman Campers.

Coleman Campers – known as Fleetwood, or Fleetwood Coleman since a 1989 licensing agreement merged the two brands – offer the top of the line in pop up campers. Pop up campers have enjoyed a lasting popularity due to their affordable price, ease of storage (they collapse into a much smaller footprint when not in use), and their ability to be towed by an existing vehicle rather than requiring their own engine, like a full sized RV. But not all pop up campers are created equal, and Coleman Campers have earned their place at the top for good reason.

Coleman has long been the top name in camping supplies, and it is their experience in the camping business that helps them deliver a product that meets their customers needs while exceeding expectations. The current line of Coleman Campers has a model for nearly every need and budget. The top of the line Highlander series has a list of features that reads like one you would find on the sticker of a luxury motor home.

At over twenty-six feet in length when opened, the highlander models have a full sized galley complete with plenty of counter space, a refrigerator-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and everything else a galley needs. When you add a fully functioning solid-wall bathroom and shower, and two generous sleeping areas, it becomes obvious why the fleet of Coleman Campers is led by the Highlander.

The top selling Americana model offers many of the same highlights as the Highlander, but in a smaller scale, less weight, and lower price tag. Similarly, the Americana model is the most affordable of the offerings in the current fleet of Coleman Campers. Naturally, as the prices go down so does the size of the camper. Further, while many of the amenities and features remain the same, they tend to become more utilitarian and less posh in the lower priced models.

The aforementioned models of Coleman Campers are designed for travel on level and paved roads, and they are designed to be towed to campgrounds. Simply put, they aren't designed to handle rough terrain. If your pleasure revolves around remote, off road camping, then the Evolution model has your name written all over it.

Designed to be rugged and strong, the Evolution keeps going when the roads stop, and it does so with all the quality and features that you would expect from Coleman Campers. And if motor sports are what draws you to the open spaces, then the Scorpion model can bring you and all your toys to your destination. With a twelve foot cargo area that is part of the camper trailer, there is plenty of room for your motorcycles, quad runners, or whatever else you like to ride.

No matter what you look for in a camper, Coleman Campers have a model that is sure to fit your budget and needs. Packed with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time with nature, Coleman Campers prove that they are number one for a reason.

Traveling like the thornberry s a family adventure travel in africa

In this generation, childhood will be incomplete without being caught unaware about the movie and cartoons The Wild. Hold your breath; this is not a promo ad for the movie. It is just that most of the kids now are really dreaming of sharing the same experience with the Thornberry’s. Who will not envy the Safari experience that the Thornberry kids had? However, for those moms and dads who want to grant their kids’ wish, here is a guide on how you can have a family adventure travel. Actually, it is not just an ordinary family travel but also a family adventure travel with the touch of a Safari experience!

There is no other place that could be equated to the Safari experience that Africa could offer. If you and your kids are really looking for a family travel that is worth keeping, go and start reserving for a flight in Africa now.

Topping the list of “musts” is a Safari experience on the open parks. Let your kids touch and feed those tamed animals. Let them walk along the grasslands especially of the Ngorongoro Crater where luscious plants are scattered around. Let them experience Safari adventure and discover for themselves the beauty of nature. Nairobi National Park and Karen Blixen's are some of the places that provide experience and highlight your family adventure travel. Take note that these two parks are found in the heart of a city.

Instead of booking and reserving rooms in exclusive deluxe hotels, try to lodge in the ecolodges where ecofriendly services are provided. Most of these ecolodges are allowing camping and mounting tents. Aside from the wonderful sleeping set up, try the fresh foods that they are serving. Fruits and vegetables are freshly picked to provide the healthiest possible ways to each visitor.

Your adventure travel will not be complete if you will not travel like the Thornberry’s way! Tour your family around Africa, have Safari experience by using trailblazing land rovers. However, if your family really craves for a real family adventure travel, try camelback riding or horseback riding. If you are still unsatisfied, use hot air balloon so you will have a clear panoramic view of the land.

Asking for the perfect time for the whole vacation? Worry no more, daytime or nighttime, travel in Africa will still be as exciting as you wished because even at night, nocturnal animals are musts to spot!

To finally complete your family travel in Africa, have a book on indigenous communities. Dwell on their place. See and feel their culture.

To experience all these adventure, you can actually choose from the two ways of booking a trip – planning and setting your adventure itinerary by yourself or let an agency do all the chores.

Do not worry about the budget because family packages are available. Better book and reserved now and like the Thornberry’s, you will surely have a great family adventure travel and Safari Experience.

Route 62 by car

The Road Trip has become a holiday experience in itself, thanks to movies like Thelma and Louise, Rainman and California.

The first thing to do when planning a road trip vacation is to hire the best vehicle for the experience. A genuine road trip requires more than your basic sedan, although at a push you can get by on a basic budget car if you’re counting the pennies.

If you have the means, and you want to do the trip properly, consider hiring a 4x4. You can take advantage of the country’s many off-road tracks along the way for added adventure, and the modern 4x4’s are roomy, air-conditioned and offer comfort plus ruggedness – the perfect combo for your road trip holiday.

Everyone knows about Route 66, America’s most famous road trip route. But if you’re visiting South Africa, or if you’re a local taking leave and feel the urge to take to the open road, what’s the best route to take?

A road trip requires more than a long stretch of tar linking cities. It needs to be off the main thoroughfare, taking in little towns and villages far out of the big cities and offer things to do and see that you wouldn’t get on a simple A to B trip.

Route 62, which begins in the Western Cape, offers the ideal answer to the States’ Route 66.

The road meanders between Cape Town, Oudsthoorn and the Garden Route, ending in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape.

You can expect to travel from lush Winelands, orchards and groves to dusty Karoo landscapes, over mountain passes and through river valleys. Trees and fynbos, cliffs and streams, verdant greens to arid browns and beiges – you’ll see a world of climate and geography along this one incredible road.

There are many accommodation options on Route 62 – from luxury hotels out in the countryside to transformed labourers’ cottages that now offer quaint self-catering accommodations. You can ‘rough it’ and camp out or indulge in a little luxury at a charming B&B complete with king-sized breakfast to get you back on the road.

Along the way you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to activities.

We’ve already mentioned off-road tracks for 4x4s, and there are also quad and mountain bike routes to enjoy. A fine example of a 4x4 course is the Matroosberg Trail in Ceres, high up in the mountains with fantastic views.

You can learn fascinating facts about the Bushmen who originally lived in the region by going on the Interpretation Botanical Trail in De Rust. While in the area, you can fish, swim, and sail on the Stompdrift Dam Water Resort.

You can pick cherries, apples and pears in season at the Klondyke Cherry Farm 30km out of Ceres, and enjoy a picnic under the pines afterwards.

Of course you’ll want to see the ostriches at Oudtshoorn. These amazing birds are interesting to learn about and observe. Children especially enjoy this experience.

Other activities and attractions along the way include hot-air ballooning, Bushmen cave painting viewing, hiking and kloofing, river rafting, horesriding, golf and of course wine tours.

Eating en route is something you’ll do plenty of – all that fresh air and action will give you a serious appetite. From road-side farm stalls to classy bistros to delis stuffed with local delights such as fig preserve and olive tapenade, you’ll find plenty to tempt the taste buds.

So all that’s left to do is to hire that 4x4, grab your favourite road-trip CDs, sling your togs into a bag and hit the road.

The Great South African Road Trip is about to begin!

The art of tropical living

In the 1960's all local houses consisted of very basic constructions, foreigners rented rooms in family inns (losmen). Shortly after trendy Sanur was the first area that attracted more sophisticated buildings, usually under supervision of western designers and architects.

Around 1980 the situation started to be influenced strongly by western business people that came to Bali frequently enough to build their own house. These houses and villas somehow took some traditional Balinese essentials to blend with imported Western standards. Although there was suddenly the comfort of a western bathroom, the bottom line was usually a lack of professional competence in an overall architectural context.

Starting around 1990 the present situation started to emerge: Elements of Balinese architecture like thatched materials for the roof or carved doors are used in a modern context and in combination with the Western tradition of comfortable furniture and furnishings.

That is not a general evolution of the "Bali style" it is rather used as reinterpretation in a decorative and usually aesthetic way. Many Westerners have build their Balinese dream home based on a mixture of Western comfort and Asian styles.

The indoor-outdoor living style is dominant to express the best possibilities the tropical climate has to offer. Natural materials used are wood, alang-alang, bamboo, stone, glass and ceramics.

The traditional Balinese way to construct buildings followed very strict rules of shapes and sizes, also positioning and orientation was absolutely predetermined. Constructing a building is guided by religious motives not by practical or designer aesthetics. Therefore it is originally not an art form but religious ritual.

The latest development is however an extracting of Balinese designs to merge with new international styles in an artistic way, giving birth to a new Bali style.

Now designers are getting creative in an unpreceded way to redefine this so typical local art of tropical living in a new, internationally valid way that possibly will set the trend for years to come.

Mexican living survival tip 1 water

A typical day in the life of an American expat living in Mexico will include trying to find drinking water. You might be surprised by this but everyone knows that you cannot “drink the water in Mexico”. This refers to the fact that you cannot drink the tap water in Mexico. Probably every American adult already knows that you cannot drink the tap water. But does the typical American adult know just how one obtains drinking water in Mexico?

In a word: bottles!

The day in and day out routine in Mexico to obtain the liquid of life, that which is absolutely essential for survival, is that you must have bottled water. To meet this need, two companies where I live, Guanajuato, have sprung into being. To say that they are in competition with one another for customers, competition as Americans would define competition, would be a misnomer. That is to say, I think so.

The way this works is that the drinking-water employees walk through the streets of Guanajuato screaming all the livelong day, “Agua…agua…agua”. They punctuate the end of their musical-like screeching with the name of their company so you, the customer, will know whether you should run naked from the shower, sopping wet, to the nearest window to scream back, “A-G-U-A!”

So, picture this, if you will:

You are in the shower. You have just covered your body with a thick, foamy layer of soap. You are so white you look like a polar bear walking on its hind legs. In addition, you look like a polar bear walking on its hind legs that is also blind. This is because you have just lathered your hair with shampoo and you cannot see for fear of the searing, burning pain that will certainly ensue should you open your eyes even for God.

You are down to your last three ounces of bottled water and are in the shower when you hear the plaintiff screech coming from the alley,

“Agua…agua…agua Purificada!!” (Purficada is the name of one of the two companies.)

You go tearing out of the shower looking very frightening. You do this because you know that if you do not get to the nearest window and begin what sounds like a mating call between two torridly-in-love beasts, then you will lose out on getting water.

The result of any hesitation on your part will most likely result in not getting water—period!

Now let me extrapolate on this, with your permission.

The bottled-water guys never come two days in a row. The Apocalypse could be in mid-Apocalyptic frenzy and these guys will never, for love or money, come two days in a row to give you water during the Mother of all Wars. What I am saying is that they could come on a Monday, and if you do not load up on bottles of water then, you could be looking forward to dehydration as the mode of your imminent death.

Not only that, they may not even return to your neighborhood for weeks on end. For reasons known only to the employees of these two water companies, they simply do not engage in any sort of regular or predictable route. No one in this country, from “sea to shining sea” (from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean) knows why!

Here are some suggestions as to why they do not come—ever—to your house more than two days in a row.

They:

1. Forget about you completely and figure that you moved or died.

2. Have some sort of passive-aggressive fit, “How dare them not scream back at me when I went to all this trouble to sing the agua love song to them from the alley…I will show them! Grrrr!”

3. Do not keep records mentally or on paper when someone last ordered water.

4. Make the assumption that you are getting your water some other way.

I do not know.

But, the point is, unless you have a car, and have the strength of Hercules, you cannot pop down to the store and get some water. These bottles are enormously heavy.

So, the next option is: USE THE TELEPHONE.

At the writing of these words, I have called five times and sent two emails to the company, “Agua Purficada”. Three and a half days later, they still haven’t shown up.

With each phone call, I have encountered someone who sounds sympathetic and like they actually care about the urgency that I feel because my life is ebbing away from lack of water. They promise that they will send someone who will be at my door in an hour. I am sitting here in mid-evening almost four days later with no water.

If you are going to live in this country, you will have to get used to this happening all the time, in all aspects of life here. There is nothing you can do about it. The bottled water company will bring you water when and if they think you need some water. That is the only thing I can tell you that makes any sense.

The horrible thing is that if you were Mexican, this would not happen to you. I realize what I am implying here but it is the sad truth. And mind you, I can speak the language. It is not a language barrier issue. I can communicate clearly, in Spanish, that I need water, where I live, and can’t you hurry I am dying here!

I immediately called my Mexican friends in town. They told me that they get water within minutes of making ONE phone call. Count it—ONE! I have made five calls and sent emails and I have nothing to show for it. One Mexican friend even asked me to repeat to her what I said to the water people. She said that should have done it, but alas, it did not.

Doug’s Mexican Living survival tip for getting your water is this:

Even if you are fully supplied with water, and hear the water guy coming, buy another bottle or two. Always have three full bottles in reserve! Always!

Where to find great resort in pattaya city

Have you wonder what makes Pattaya city so popular among tourists. You might not have an idea if you never been there, but for some people who have visited this city for quite few times may be able to give very correct answer. What different between hotel and resort accommodation?

In fact in terms of the meaning and usage they are not much different, that is, they refers to the accommodation for tourist for travelers but resort may have additional characteristics of having beautiful garden or open-air public are available for guests to be able to enjoy with natural environment.

But for normal hotel accommodation, this could means the building of the hotel in the city area were has no garden or green space available for its guest or provide just a little one. Also resort accommodation could refers to the accommodation that located in mountain or woods where tourists or travelers can fully enjoy the environment. According to this reason travelers tend to prefer to look for resort accommodation rather than building hotel. If they are not required to join business trip and have to stay in city central area.

Pattaya is the small lovely city on eastern region of Thailand. It is the small city that well known for tourists of its beautiful beaches and nightlife. There are also hotels and resort accommodations available in this city. However, according the most area of the city is urban area, so it is quite rare to see large resort accommodation available for tourists. However, if you are planning to visit this city, there are some beautiful resorts available for you but you may have to be hurry because they normally have full booking in high season.

Even though it si quite hard for you to find large resort accommodation in Pattaya, but there are some other hotels that have improve its environment to be a resort. One of the good examples is the hotel called Cabbages and Condoms Resort which I have visited last year.

I book this hotel through hotel booking website in very in quite cheap price and the hotel’s service is really impressive. For some of you who nay want to stay in city central area but would love to relax on private beach. There are some resort provides this for external guest too.

Booking for hotel in this city is also very easy. It is quite surprised that I can see many of travel agents in my country offering hotel booking service for this city. Even though it is just a small city in small country but the tourism market is very competitive. Therefore, many of hotel booking websites owners try to make a deal with local agents or directly to hotels or resorts to offer competitive prices available to customers.

In summary, it is quite necessary for you, if you are planning to visit Thailand and Pattaya you have to find out for information of hotel accommodation. If you are planning for business trip, so it might not be complicated because there are a lot of hotel in the city.

The details of the coastal vacation official site

With the unfortunate occurrences of fraudulent coastal vacation sites and scams you are sent to a page offering details about the difference of a bogus and an official site. The site states that the Coastal Board of Directors recognizes a coastal vacation official site. There are only four official sites linked to coastal vacation. There are three key guides to keep in mind that will show proof of an official site. It is important to keep these things in mind while looking for an official site.

The Three Guides To An Official Site

1. The sites will each be identical and include distributor information

2. The sites include a clear claim of being an official site

3. The site carries a motto “powered by COA network”

From this page you are sent to the official site that begins with a description of the number of people who would prefer the freedoms of working from home to their current job. It is estimated that 96% of adults between 25 and 44 are interested in home business. Some of the benefits listed on this site are the low overhead; home based tax advantage, no employees and unlimited early potential. You also are informed about the state of retirees. The ability to have true financial freedom is only at 2%. Statistics on the site show 45% of retirees depend on relatives, 30% need charity assistance, 23% are still working and 2% are home business owners and are financially free.

The site then goes into coastal vacations being a $4.9 trillion dollar travel industry. They offer affordable travel packages at wholesale prices. They offer the finest, most extensive lifetime travel membership packages in the world. They are not a timeshare company. There are three tier travel packages offered. After the products and services are mentioned the site goes on to offer job opportunities. They state that this home business opportunity is low risk, carries a high return, allows for personal satisfaction and offers a strong track record. This company is not a franchise. Those employed are coastal directors who promote the products and work off of sale commissions. Training and leadership courses are provided as well as the assistance of an automated marketing system that performs 80% of the work.

Near the end of the site there is a form that allows you to request further details about travel packages or employment information. The official coastal vacation site was clean and clear on it’s products and services. It was also upfront about the coastal vacation scam sites and what to look for to better protect you from fraud.

When searching any site be wary of the signs and symbols of a site page. Try to look for signs that are associated with legitimate companies such as the BBB symbol. Do not hesitate to perform research about a company prior to providing any personal information. It is better to withhold personal details than to suffer the consequences of becoming a victim of fraud or scams. Always do what is necessary to protect yourself as well as your personal information rather a site is marked official or not.

Budget hotel in pattaya tips

One of the most difficult thing for tourists, especially for the ones who loves travel overseas , is to fine the cheapest or budget hotel rates and to find reliable travel agent or accommodation booking website. It may not be difficult for you if you want to go to some of major city in the wprld such as Paris or Milan etc. because you will find that there are plenty of websites that provides hotel booking service to these cities as well as useful information resources. But for just small city in certain country like Pattaya, it would be a bit more difficult.

Pattaya is the small city in eastern region of Thailand. It may not be as famous as major city like Bangkok or Chiang Mai or other provinces, but Pattaya gains its reputation among millions of foreign tourists who want to experience very beautiful beaches and endless night fife.

Even though there are many of hotel accommodation available in Pattaya, ranges from ordinary cheap guesthouse to vary expensive five stars hotel. But all of us still would love to find the best deal of hotel rates or at least be able to find budget hotels in order to save money.

For city like Pattaya, the average of hotel price for good accommodation is about 1,000-1,500 Baht (about $35 -$40). Within this price, you can get good level of accommodation which has full of facility in the room such air conditioner, fridge and sometimes this price includes daily breakfast. These facilities considered enough for daily requirement for budget hotel.

Unfortunately, many of major hotel booking website only provides reservation for big hotels. This is because as the business requirement that the website owners have to make profits from the reservations. Therefore, selling budget hotels or cheap hotels may not give them attractive revenue or it may not worth the cost of running the website.

Generally, these hotel booking website could get about 10% discount from the hotel rack rates in order to make profit. For example, if the hotel full rate is $100, the hotel will give retail price to the booking websites around $90 so the website can sell to user for about $95 which is $5 cheaper from the hotel full rates.

However, the number of discount does not have to be fixed as 10%. The amount of discount also depends on the negotiation between the hotel and the website owner, the more sale volume the website can make, the greater discount they will get.

According to this reason, the website owner may not interested in contacting budget hotels and include them into the reservation system because the website owner can not make significant profit from them. As a result, this is really difficult for travelers to find budget hotel reservation from the internet and they have to contact local travel agent instead, which offering higher price of hotel accommodation and they can earn quite large amount of money. Book the hotel according to your budget and try to get the best accommodation in Pattaya within your budget.

Bali what to do and where to go

There is a large group of travellers that is self-sufficient while having a pleasant time on the island. They know already where to find beach activities, the secrets of going shopping Bali style, and generally know where to find a good time while avoiding too much sweat.

There is a equally large group that cannot get enough of new activities, latest tour programs and all sorts of organized adventure.

Today I would like to give an overview of popular island tours and tropic activities such as rafting, trekking, cycling, elephant safaris, horse riding, skydiving, paragliding, sailing and other beach and marine sports.

If you are staying at a 4 or 5 stars Bali hotel, you will already have the advantage to be introduced to daily domestic activities available to hotel guests. Such can be gymnastic and jogging exercises, local bicycle tours, cooking classes and all sorts of beach games.

The next step on the activity level are Volley ball - Outrigger sailing - Table tennis - Tennis at Tennis courts - Badminton - Snorkeling - Windsurfing - Fishing - Parasailing that are in most cases all directly available or bookable from the tour desk at your hotel in Bali.

If this is not available at your hotel, or you would rather "go and explore" the island, it is time to consider the tour options offered by virtually 100's of tour providers. Here you can join large groups using large busses, or small individual groups, down to the size of hiring a personal tour guide for only the 2 of you.

Rafting and Kayaking trips enjoy a strong following and are increasingly popular. The beauty of the Ayung river valley and Melangit river are popular destinations. It looks to be more a sport for adventures types on photos, but it is completely safe and also recommended for younger children.

Sightseeing tours is another Bali favorite, see and explore all temples and monuments of Balinese history on trips to Besakih, Tanah Lot, Tampak Siring, Uluwatu, Kintamani and others.

Increasingly in demand is another "sweat exercise", cycling tours to villages and mountain trails. This is not recommended for younger children because they will have a hard time to catch up with the group. For families it is better to just rent the bicycles and maybe a private tour guide, if needed.

Elephant safaris is one of the family trips in Bali, provided by many tour operators venturing yet in another field of activity. To completely feel like Indiana Jones the next step would be to go on a off-road Land Rover land cruise, to discover some hidden tracks of the green jungle.

Since Bali is an island what comes naturally to mind is a day cruise or sunset cruise to Lembongan island. Two of the providers are Bali Hai and Island Explorer Cruises both offering a wide range of cruises and water activities.

Surfers are attracted by south Bali's waves, and not only Balinese enjoy that activity also lots of Australians are coming to Bali only for one purpose: The Waves, also hot among surfers from Hawaii, statements like "Definitely one of The spots to go surfing" from global surfers. If these waves scare you and you just want to practice a bit you can rent a board in Kuta directly on the beach for a few hours.

Divers are attracted by several locations in Bali, all easily reachable with dive instructors that will pick you up at your hotel and take you for a dive at a destination of your choice. If you need more above sea level action there is also Bungy jumping, ski diving and paragliding.

Bali is a mountainious volcanic island that will catch the attention of mountaineers interested in mountain climbing. Mt. Agung the highest peak at 3142 metres and Mount Batur can be climbed in a few hours. Use a local guide for safety reasons and to find the best routes.

Another interesting encounter with nature is possible at the Bali Barat National Park in the north of the island. It is a protected reserve on an area of over 750 square km. The park is home to wild buffalo, monkeys, wild deer and civet.

Most suitable for families with kids are theme or adventure parks and attractions. Popular with kids are the Waterbom park in Tuban with their huge water slides, Bali Bird Park in Batubulan has a 100's of exotic birds, and the Bali Reptile Park next door invites with Lizard Komodo Dragons.

Again most tours and adventures are easily bookable from your hotel, or you can call Bali1.com anytime while in Bali to arrange a tour for you. From airport pick ups to bringing you safely back to personal meetings at your hotel to book anything from a short Ubud roundtrip to a multiple days Flores tour or visiting Komodo island and their live dragons.

Kauai sights and activities

Kauai is the oldest and most northern of the Hawaiian Island chain. Its lush tropical beauty has earned it the nickname the “Garden Island.” From the air it looks like an emerald cone rising out of the ocean. This thirty-three by twenty-five mile island is covered with acres of lush rain forests, waterfalls, and breathtaking gardens. Here are only a few of the hundreds of sights and activities you will have to choose from while you are on island. This is only a tiny taste of what Kauai has to offer.

On the northern end of Kauai is Kilauea Lighthouse, which was built in 1913 and was in use until 1976. It is a picturesque landmark perched on a bluff. Well worth a visit. Visitors may not climb the lighthouse, but self-guided tours of the area are available. Adjacent to the lighthouse is the 200-acre Kilauea Point Wildlife Refuge on Moku’ae’ae Island. A must visit for bird lovers.

Would you like to see the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific”? Or so nicknamed by Mark Twain. Then you must see the spectacular Waimea Canyon. It is the largest canyon in the Pacific at ten miles long, two miles wide and 35 hundred feet deep. The canyon is marked with layers, each layer marking an eruption and lava flow. There are several vantage points from which to enjoy the canyon, but the one you must not miss is the Waimea Canyon Lookout.

Po’ipu Beach Park is the perfect place for family fun. It is Kauai’s most popular beach for swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, picnicking and having just plain fun. It has restrooms, showers, shady areas and lifeguards. Po’ipu has it all.

If you want to see lush native flora and fauna as well as exotic plants, then you will not want to miss Smith’s Tropical Paradise located just 15 miles from the Radisson Kauai Beach Resort along the Waimea River. On this 30-acre complex, not only will you see beautiful manicured grounds, but you will also have the opportunity to see villages of the many cultures that represent Kauai. Tram tours are available as well as weekly luaus.

The spectacular Na Pali Coast is an awe-inspiring sight to see. Towers of rock climb from the sea and lush vegetation devours the landscape. There are only three ways to witness its beauty: from the air, by sea, or by taking a very strenuous hike known as the Kalalau Trail. This hike is only for the adventuresome and should only be attempted by the serious hiker. If hiking isn’t for you, you can still enjoy the thrill of its beauty with one of the ocean tours or helicopter tours. If you want to see breathtaking beauty that is like something from another world, you won’t be disappointed.

Why you should learn german in germany

Learning German in Germany is the best way to dwell into the learning experience. And if you are living in a country where most of the people around you are native speakers of that language, it is natural that you adapt the same in few days. You may consider yourself lucky enough to live in Germany and observe the disciplined life of Germans & their diverse culture. The following are few points to remember based on my personal experience.

Be Restless!

Get the most out of your stay in Germany. In addition to your visit to historical places and 'beer' festival, start roaming around the very locals of the place. Interaction with the locals will give you more exposure to the diversity of their language. Sometimes, you may find some pure German words and phrases that are very specific to Germany. Fundamentally it depends on the purpose of you visit. A traveler's visit helps you to interact more then just a business visit that keeps you busy all the time. But still, Germany is a place of weekends, where you will find every German having beer or dancing in a Salsa bar!

Make Friends!

Once you start interacting with people around you, you might find a good friend. He or she will then help you cover your German learning curve steeply. Visiting public places like bars during weekends is a good idea to meet people more closely and find your self a good friend or a group!

Be Graceful!

Make sure your intention is not wrong or to hurt anyone' feelings. Whenever one start learning a foreign language he or she misses some ethical details of the lingo, so if that happens to you, don't forget to apologize and admit! After you develop an adaptable attitude of learning German language in Germany, you will be accepted within the German community to help you absorb more!

Do your homework!

Carry with you a set of those pocket phrase books and dictionary. Make sure you read them, before you step on to the German lands, as you will require at least asking for directions and hiring a taxi phrases. Other useful words and phrases will help you while shopping, buying clothes, and bargaining, buying food and snacks in a restaurant or a bar etc. Reading short stories, comics and the books that allows you to relate with English easily is another good option to learn German.

Visiting dartmoor national park - british nature at it s most splendid

Just a few miles inwards from the South Devon Coast is the ancient Dartmoor National Park. It covers an area of 368 square miles and offers visitors a mix of superb scenery and legendary history. Dartmoor also has one of the most prominent moors to be found anywhere in Britain.

Many visitors view Dartmoor as a wonderful and diverse place – indeed it offers a multiple range of terrains from it’s tors and woodlands to rambling countryside, grass covered hills and river valleys.

The tors formations are actually quite splendid – the granite while being a very tough substance is vulnerable to chemical deterioration. This means that the acids in rain attacks the surface of the granite causing it to disintegrate into various shapes and colours.

Those who enjoy outdoor activities will have plenty to do in Dartmoor – just a sample of these include fishing, trekking and cycling.

Things To Do & Towns To Visit In Dartmoor National Park

Dartmoor is made up of various small villages and towns – one of the very enjoyable experiences of visiting Dartmoor is the chance to drive from one to the other while taking in the great scenery en route. From Tavistock in the west to Ashburton in the east, there’s plenty to do and see in Dartmoor.

Entire books have been written on Dartmoor – so the following is just a brief description of some the places and activities that you can enjoy here:

· Check out the main visitor centre located in Okehampton. This town also houses the Museum of Dartmoor Life.

· Okehampton Castle is worth a visit – this is located in Cranmere Pool and these ruins are the remains of what was once the biggest castle in Devon.

· Walking & trekking opportunities are abundant all over Dartmoor – specific places of interest to walkers include South Okehampton, Princetown, Chagford and Postbridge. There are also specific routes popular with more experienced trekkers – for instance, Templar Way (18 miles) and West Devon Way (14 miles). Books on walking in Devon are also available in the information centres dotted around the park (Okehampton, Tavistock, Ashburton, Ivybridge and a couple of other locations).

· There are also plenty of routes for those keen on cycling, and it’s possible to hire bikes in Tavistock. The Dartmoor Way is a 90 mile cycle route that includes many of the parks towns including Okehampton, Tavistock and Buckfastleigh.

· Other outdoor activities available in Dartmoor include horse & pony rides, fishing and climbing.

· In the East lies the pleasant town of North Bovey – this is a great place to see quaint thatched cottages dating back to the 17th century. Yet another place to marvel at picture-perfect thatched cottages is in the charming little town of Buckland In The Moor. This lovely town faces onto woodlands and is also by the River Webburn (which joins up with the famous river Dart).

· Expect to see many Ponies grazing along the stretches of grassland while you drive through Dartmoor National Park.

· Buckfastleigh is home to Buckfast Abbey – one of the most visited icons in Devon. The Abbey dates back to 1018. Also in Buckfastleigh are the Dartmoor otter sanctuary and the Buckfast Butterflies Exhibition (where several exotic butterflies can be seen in an exotic environment).

· Postbridge is a small town in the centre of Dartmoor National Park – aside from being popular with walkers, the town is famous for it’s “Clapper Bridge” (granite bridges dating as far back as the 13th Century) which goes over the East Dart River.

· Another quiet town with sublime cottages and green surroundings is Widecombe In The Moor. Aside from it’s beauty, this location is famous for The Church House – dating back to 1537.

· The little town of Chagford is nestled just above the River Teign and is also worth a visit just to amble around the neat town square. Be sure to visit Market House while you’re there.

The Darkside Of Dartmoor – The Gruesome Gubbinses

In Lydford Gorge in the 15th century a “half human” tribe of creatures are said to have existed and caused much terror and fear to the locals. While this may sound like a myth or old wives tale to make children behave, the Gubbinses did in fact exist. They stole cattle, kidnapped or robbed travellers and there are reports that suggest that they were cannibals.

Pizza in pattaya

Can you really get pizza in Pattaya, Thailand? Absolutely. Is it any good? Superb! Does this sound strange to you? It shouldn’t. Some of the finest chefs in the world have made their homes in Thailand and have set up shop cooking some of the finest cuisine in the world.

I love Thai food and eat my share of rice and noodles with all the other spicy goodies that go along with them, but I also like to sample food from around the world. Pattaya is the perfect place to do this.

You can go to Don Joe’s on Walking Street for an excellent pizza, The Sportsman Club for a superb “Full English” breakfast, or to the Big Horn restaurant for a 1 Kilogram steak.

If you have a craving for American food, it is readily available at Bob’s BBQ and also at the New Orleans Cafй – ribs that will make your mouth water all the way home.

German, Swiss and Belgian foods are readily available too. It seems like there is another fine restaurant every 10 feet in Pattaya. Mexican food can be had at the Tequila Reef and also at the Blue Parrot. You would never know that you are in Thailand with all the fine choices at these great restaurants.

And, if it is seafood that you crave, just walk along Beach Road or Walking Street and you will find quite a few restaurants with seafood on ice or swimming around waiting for you to make your catch. King’s Seafood is one of the better restaurants with excellent tiger prawns and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Siam.

So, don’t go to Thailand if you are planning on losing any weight. Go there to have a great vacation and a fine sampling of some of the culinary arts of Asia.

8 reasons to fall in love with marrakech travel

Just beneath the high mountain range of the African Atlas is the red city of Morocco known as Marrakech. With a culture that has grown to be so vibrant, free, and pure, who would have known that this imperial city only started as another pit stop for medieval caravans? However, regardless of its humble beginnings, you'll still be bound by its magic spell with the warmth of its people, inspiring history, and colorful tradition. Standing in the middle of the red city walls, you'll know for sure that you're in for a timeless escape with Marrakech travel. But to make the most out of your journey to this spellbinding exotic destination, here are the top eight things you shouldn't dare miss on your Marrakech travel:

1. Relive the memories of the old city.

The 13th century walls that surround the medina is reminiscent of ancient struggles and battles that took place in Morocco. A tour around the age-old fortresses, gates, and tanneries in your Marrakech travel is a good photo opportunity for tourists. Not only that, you'll also enjoy the inviting spirit of the modern city amidst the well-preserved relics, natural wonders, and architectural pieces of the past. With friendly people and bustling activities around the corner, you'll enjoy every minute of this experience.

2. Get lost with the crowd at Djemaa el Fna.

This large square that lies at heart of the old city is teeming with too many spectacles and surprises. From bargain shopping to snake charming, you'll never have a dull moment in your Marrakech travel. Open your eyes to a lot of things, which include juggling acts, musical performances, as well as belly dancing. You don't even have to worry about losing your way back to your hotel. As overwhelmingly large as it can be, the square offers a winding escape to interesting sites around the city.

3. Take a spiritual retreat.

They say that paying a visit to popular trails of mosques, churches, and other places of worship is a wonderful Marrakech travel experience that can be life-altering. However, for those who only wish to satisfy their curiosities, time is well-spent in admiring some of the most exquisite architectural designs in the world. You'll be stunned how Marrakech was able to preserve the intricate details and premedieval style of these structures but much more, how it preserved its solemnity. The famous pilgrimage for the "seven saints" is also found in this city, while the Saadian tombs is highly recommended by most tourist guides.

4. Shop and explore its very best.

Popular market stands also known as "souks" offer the best treat for bargain shopping. The bazaar is usually filled with exotic finds such as metal works, wood pieces, baskets, and leather sets-- some of which, you'll only find in Morocco. You'll also be advised not to end your Marrakech travel without a belt, jewelry, carpet, or any form of clothing that are found in the souk.

5. Take a journey to the past.

Marrakech is one of the best places to find age-old ceramics, paintings, mosaic, jewelries, and fabrics. Its museums house prestigious artifacts that date back to more than a thousand years. Manuscripts, contemporary arts, and traditional clothing are among the well-preserved collection. You may also take note in your Marrakech travel experience that museums here are not just brick-and-mortar structures but are also adorned with verdant gardens.

6. Stay in luxurious Riads in Marrakech.

Your Marrakech travel experience will not be complete without staying in the city's famous Riads. These are residential facilities that top any 5-star hotel in modern cities. With luxurious rooms, overlooking views of the fountain, roof top terraces, and exquisite decorations, Riads are one of the best reasons to stay in Marrakech.

7. Experience the colorful tradition of Morocco.

Embrace the Moroccan culture through entertainment activities and festivals in Marrakech. The Popular Arts Festival is a good way to add more life to your Marrakech travel adventures. Have a great time with fortune-tellers, fire swallowers, and acting troupes in the culmination of this festivity. Apart from carnival spectacles, you'll also witness the horse-riding parade known as Fantasia.

8. Treat yourself to fun-filled activities.

Popular streams of casinos, discos, and bars are found in the city. But remember, alcoholic drinks are not allowed. Chances are, you'll have to stay sober all night. Apart from enjoying Western hits and Moroccan pop music, your Marrakech travel adventure can never be complete without experiencing a taste of its gourmet paradise. Most cafes and restaurants in Marrakech offer a fusion of flavors from home grown recipes to international dishes.

Family vacation on a budget

A family vacation is an exciting event that can help you release the stress of the entire year. You can spend time relaxing as well as spend quality time with your family. Your children will love the adventure and will have memories that they will never forget. A family vacation can be expensive however. Instead of skipping out on a family vacation altogether because of the price, you might want to just consider using these tips to make the trip affordable.

The first thing you will want to do is pre-plan. The best trips are those that you know won’t cost you more than you bring. Look for hotel discounts when you book early. Try traveling right before or right after the peak seasons. The weather will still be great and the prices will be much lower than in the peak seasons.

Another thing you can consider is your food costs. Many family hotels will offer plans that allow your children to eat free. If you have quite a large family, this can save you a bundle. Choose a hotel with several restaurants to choose from and you will always stay full and within your budget.

If you can’t find the room in your budget for a hotel room, consider taking the kids camping for a week. This can be a wonderful way to spend time in nature and with each other. Camping can be a blast for children. Teens don’t usually like it as much, but you and your family will build memories for a lifetime.

As you can see, a family vacation can fall within your budget if you plan ahead. It is when you jump in the car without a plan that things tend to get expensive. Planning will save you thousands of dollars and allow you to have the best time possible on your budget.

Volunteer in africa and enrich your world

Africa is a vast continent but most of it lies in the shadow of poverty, malnutrition, drought, lack of education and civil wars. From the famines of Ethiopia to the poaching of wild animals in Kenya, Africa has seen it all. Volunteering in Africa has been a major consideration of Non-profit organizations worldwide.

Different people have different reasons to opt for volunteer work and it can vary from the desire to learn new things about new cultures and societies to travel and gratification through social work and helping mankind. Some people are so devoted to the cause that they have spent their entire lifetime in Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Nairobi etc, while others do as much they can. Volunteering abroad and in continents like Africa, South America and Asia can be an enriching experience with a satisfaction or gratification that is almost incomparable.

There are different organizations requiring volunteers overseas and especially in Africa. Some of the organizations and projects involving volunteering in Africa are:

The Cheetah Recoil Program: This program is being organized at the Marsabit National Park, Kenya as a part of providing opportunities for volunteering in Africa. The Cheetah is the fastest animal on land but off late, due to extensive poaching, the population of Cheetah is almost near extinction. This Cheetah program has been designed specifically for volunteers who have an interest in wildlife conservation and are willing to travel overseas to Kenya. The requirement is for volunteers in groups of 20 who will work in a specific area along with some senior research co-coordinators, game wardens and scientists.

The Azafady Project: The project is being run by an U. K. charity organization and they need volunteering in Africa to effectively alleviate poverty, and at the same time improve and protect the unique and beautiful environment and wildlife. Their overseas volunteer program is two fold. One program is called the Pioneer Madagascar and it offers opportunity for volunteers to work at the grass-root level and create a system through which environmental degradation and poverty can be fought. The second project is called the Lemur Venture which is a lemur conservation project focused on protecting the already threatened population of lemur.

Global Service Corps (GSC): They are an organization who offers overseas volunteering opportunities and this includes projects in Tanzania, Africa. Their volunteering in Africa program involves participants to stay with Tanzanian people in their homes and learn about their life and culture. Volunteers share their own experiences and culture and through daily interaction educate the people of Tanzania. The project areas for volunteers include HIV/AIDS prevention, health, creating sustainable agriculture to prevent hunger, working with hospitals, farms, schools to impart information and create a social community.

There are many more organizations who offer opportunities to volunteers to visit Africa and make a difference. You can also take up volunteering in Africa and the benefits are:

1. You will be able to give something back. There are many people who feel the need to give back to the society and are passionate about their cause. If you are such a person then volunteering in Africa programs can provide you with a great opportunity to pursue such a cause.

2. If you are looking for a unique opportunity: There are many projects focusing on people, poverty, social issues, disease or health etc., but there are not as many projects on wildlife and ecosystem conservation. If you are interested in a wildlife conservation project and want to become a volunteer and pursue a related program, then it will be a unique opportunity that will ultimately provide satisfaction.

3. If you are looking for experience: There are many people who take part in overseas volunteering projects to gather experience required for their career goals or to start their own non profit organization. Either way, volunteering in Africa will provide the necessary experience and much more.
